The first one might require some explanation:

If you play a female mage in origins Cullen has a crush on your character. He actually brings it up in DA II if you import your mage save data. Anyway, the mage in origins has the last name Amell which means she's related to your mother's side of the family. Thus, the idea is that Cullen would want to friend Hawke on facebook in order to get closer with Hawke's cousin (I do believe that's the relation, but I'm too lazy to double check...

)

So yeah...

Poor Cullen...I actually feel bad for him losing his crush, you know? However, I'm going to type a CullenxAmell story, because I like that pairing!

Right? Poor Cullen always gets screwed! I totally ship him with my female mage too-- even if the game doesn't allow that. Here's hoping that Cullen eventually runs into a bit of luck. (Who knows? Maybe he'll be romanceable in DA3 or something. It'd be awesome.)
